Insurance & Billing
A Woman’s View accepts most forms of insurance. Please have your insurance card ready for your appointment. Our insurance specialists can assist you with any questions. You will be responsible for your copay at the time of your visit. If you do not have insurance, we can work with you on a payment plan to assist with your medical bills. We do not accept Family Planning Medicaid.
ALL patients will be asked to put a card on file for ease of payment after insurance has processed your claims. We recommend an FSA (Flexible Savings Account), HSA (Health Savings Account), or Credit Card. Debit Cards are also accepted. If you do not have a card to put on file, estimated patient responsibility will be assessed and collected at the time of your appointment. Patients will receive a notification 5 days prior to any amount taken. Please review the Card on File Frequently Asked Questions for additional information, or call our office to speak with a staff member.
NOTICE: Blue Cross/Blue Shield offers two ACA Marketplace plans – Blue Local and Blue Value. A Woman’s View accepts Blue Value but does not accept Blue Local. However, our physicians perform deliveries and surgeries at Catawba Valley Medical Center (CVMC), an out-of-network hospital that accepts Blue Local and Blue Value. Patients with one of these two plans who choose to go to CVMC will pay a higher out of pocket cost.
